SHIPPING

When will my order Ship?

Orders will ship within 2 business days of ordering. Shipments are sent out Monday - Friday. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be fulfilled and shipped out on Monday.

Free shipping on orders over $100, shipped in the most cost effective way. If you would like your item(s) expedited, shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Ritzy Blush is not responsible for any lost, misdelivered, damaged or stolen packages or packages sent to incorrect addresses that were entered at checkout.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs for lost returns or returning item for a store credit.

Please contact the shipping carrier if there are any issues, such as items lost in transit, stolen packages, delays, etc. Ritzy Blush is not liable for issues out of our control.

What is your Return Policy?

Appreciate you shopping Ritzy Blush...I am truly grateful. We want you to love what you purchased and if not we want to make your return process as easy as we can. Please see the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns for store credit only up to 14 days after receiving your purchase.

Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, damage free and in the same condition as you received them.

Final Sale on the following items and will not be accepted if they are returned: Sale items, hair accessories, hats, jewelry, eyewear and custom orders.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer and will not be reimbursed.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

How to make a return

Please return the item(s) in proper condition and email ritzyblush@gmail.com right away. Please let us know what you are returning and the reason for your return.

Once email is received, we will send you the address as to where you are to send the item(s).

Please return using the carrier of your choice.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How will I receive my Store Credit?

Once your returned item(s) are received and processed, a Store Credit will be sent to you via email. This will include the cost of the item(s) and the sales tax.

Original shipping charges and return costs will not be refunded.
